Superintendent - Ground Up Data Center Construction

• Lead all on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers as the primary site supervisor.
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan, tracking weekly progress and key milestones.
• Oversee and coordinate all job site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage labor and subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship and timely service delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Liaise with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enforce strict adherence to the Safety Program and oversee the Quality Control Program.
• Create and maintain detailed short-term schedules to keep the project on track.
• Oversee invoice processing and manage project financials accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily field issues efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports documenting manpower and key activities.
