The team integrates planning and execution to meet client goals while maintaining strong relationships and consistent project outcomes.Job DescriptionLead all on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers as the primary site supervisor.Develop and maintain the overall project plan, tracking weekly progress and key milestones.Oversee and coordinate all job site operations to ensure smooth execution.Manage labor and subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship and timely service delivery.Foster positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.Liaise with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.Enforce strict adherence to the Safety Program and oversee the Quality Control Program.Create and maintain detailed short-term schedules to keep the project on track.Oversee invoice processing and manage project financials accurately.Troubleshoot and resolve daily field issues efficiently.Prepare comprehensive daily reports documenting manpower and key activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
