Superintendent - Group Up - Frederick, MD

• Oversee and manage all field activities on ground-up construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain project schedules and address challenges.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure that all construction activities are performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and equipment delivery to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular on-site meetings with project stakeholders, provide updates, and resolve any issues.
• Monitor job costs and assist in controlling budgets to prevent overruns.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, job logs, and records of project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration on the job site.
