Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site delivery and report directly to a Senior Project Manager.

  • Lead day-to-day site operations on healthcare construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and construction schedules
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite
  • Manage work in active or occupied healthcare environments
  • Review drawings and proactively resolve constructability issues
  • Drive quality control and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects
  • Background with interior renovations, tenant build-outs, or small-to-mid-size ground-up projects
  • Experience working in occupied or operational facilities preferred
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
  • Ability to lead trades and communicate effectively with project leadership
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects within a regional footprint
