Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations on healthcare construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure all construction activities align with healthcare-specific standards and requirements.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure that construction meets design specifications and high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and any challenges encountered.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Proven experience in managing healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
