Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor project schedules and help develop short-term and long-term plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support budget management by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare project documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
• Help resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and field personnel.
