Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Manage and oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
