Job Description



  • Oversee daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects


  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols


  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel


  • Maintain project schedule and ensure timely milestones are met


  • Conduct site meetings and collaborate with project managers and engineers


  • Monitor quality control to meet healthcare construction standards


  • Communicate regularly with clients, inspectors, and hospital staff


  • Manage logistics, deliveries, and site access within active medical environments
