Recently, the company secured a three-year contract with a prominent children's hospital, indicating a promising influx of new projects.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - Rockville, MD will be responsible for:Coordinate projects by supervising daily healthcare construction project operations, ensuring timely completion, and collaborating with other trades.Manage the team by leading and training staff while prioritizing safety and performance.Ensure quality by verifying that all work meets specifications, codes, and industry standards.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide regular progress updates.Oversee inventory and ensure the availability of materials and equipment.Maintain records of completed tasks and track budgets.Supervise commissioning by overseeing system testing, troubleshooting, and the handover process to ensure proper functionality.
