Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations and on-site activities for healthcare/Class A construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their activities on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
