Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out
Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and inspections to ensure timely project delivery
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives
Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with local codes and regulations
Review drawings, identify constructability issues, and proactively solve field challenges
Maintain detailed daily reports and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, preferably retail
Proven experience delivering high-end or luxury retail spaces with demanding finish requirements
Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
Custom home construction experience is a plus and will be highly valued
Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience working in South Florida markets is preferred
