Superintendent - High End Residential in Boston

The Superintendent - High End Residential will:

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve any challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses and progress.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
• Ensure project completion meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
