Superintendent - High end residential renovations

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule construction activities.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation and reports.
