Superintendent - High End Residential Renovations

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are on schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
• Manage and resolve any on-site construction challenges effectively.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met in all construction activities.
