Job Description



  • Manage all on-site activities for luxury retail buildouts, including demolition, framing, finishes, and final turnover.


  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design intent.


  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC building codes and brand-specific standards.


  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and oversee quality control.


  • Communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and client representatives to report progress and resolve issues.
