Job Description



  • Manage all on-site activities for luxury retail buildouts, including demolition, framing, finishes, and final turnover.


  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design intent.


  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC building codes and brand-specific standards.


  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and oversee quality control.


  • Communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and client representatives to report progress and resolve issues.

You're a detail-driven leader with a strong background in high-end retail construction and a passion for delivering polished, brand-aligned spaces. You understand the importance of finish quality, schedule discipline, and client satisfaction.

You'll stand out if you:



  • Have 8+ years of superintendent experience, with a focus on luxury retail projects.


  • Are highly organized and skilled in coordinating trades and managing tight schedules.


  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and internal teams.


  • Have a strong understanding of high-end finishes, millwork, lighting, and AV integration.


  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with demanding design and quality expectations.
