Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Managing all on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervising subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with project managers to coordinate schedules, resources, and materials effectively.
  • Overseeing quality control processes to ensure high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring and enforce compliance with safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Preparing and submit daily reports detailing project progress and any potential issues.
  • Addressing and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
