Job Description

  • Supervise all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
  • Manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
