Superintendent II : Ground Up Construction

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
