Superintendent - Industrial / Commercial

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for light industrial and commercial builds
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labour to ensure efficient project progression.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and work with the project manager to adjust time lines as necessary.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available to meet project needs.
• Track progress and report project status, including any delays or changes, to the project manager.
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
