As a certified DVBE and an ENR Top 400 contractor, they work with major clients across multiple sectors, including government, healthcare, and higher education.Job DescriptionMy client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for an industrial renovation project at a military installation in Indian Head, MD. This individual will be responsible for managing daily on-site activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all field operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project flow.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and military base security protocols.Oversee quality control, safety enforcement, and risk management on-site.Manage workforce and subcontractor performance, resolving issues as they arise.Utilize industry software such as Procore, P6, BIM/VDC to track project progress and documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
