Superintendent - Industrial Renovation | Indian Head, MD

My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for an industrial renovation project at a military installation in Indian Head, MD. This individual will be responsible for managing daily on-site activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all field operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project flow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and military base security protocols.
• Oversee quality control, safety enforcement, and risk management on-site.
• Manage workforce and subcontractor performance, resolving issues as they arise.
• Utilize industry software such as Procore, P6, BIM/VDC to track project progress and documentation.
