Superintendent - Interior Construction - New York, New York

• Manage and supervise daily on-site activities for interior construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Oversee inspections and ensure all work is completed to code.
