Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules to maintain project timelines.
  • Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Monitor quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
