Job Description

Plan, execute, and close out high-end interior construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through quality control and communication.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on interior build-outs.
Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings.
Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets
