Job Description

  • Lead all interior construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and schedules
  • Facilitate site meetings and provide regular progress updates
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or issues

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on interiors
  • Proven success managing commercial or multifamily interior scopes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality control
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
