Job Description

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Lead and coordinate construction teams to ensure work progresses on schedule and remains within budget.
  • Enforce all on‑site safety standards and monitor compliance throughout the project.
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and architects to maintain alignment across all disciplines.
  • Address project challenges or delays quickly to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Perform regular quality assurance inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, codes, and industry regulations.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support field teams.
  • Effective at resolving conflicts and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Background in ground‑up K-12 or municipal construction projects.
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
