Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address any challenges.
  • Monitor project budgets and control expenses effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including school representatives and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - K-12 should have:

  • Proven experience in construction management, specifically in K-12 projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the construction process.
  • Ability to create and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
