Superintendent - K-12

• Oversee all aspects of K-12 construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment on-site.
