Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of K-12 construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure expectations are met.
  • Oversee the management of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
