Superintendent - K12 Construction

• Oversee and manage all aspects of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Manage and coordinate on-site teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
