They are able to run a lean company that operates like a larger entity with strong support staff and systems for success.Job DescriptionSuperintendent - Lab and Life Science ConstructionOversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and other workers on the job site.Ensure that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements.Review project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete.Work with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Identify and address issues and problems that arise during construction.Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
