Job Description

Superintendent-Lab Developer-Burlington MA Responsibilities:

Oversee Lab and TI Office projects
Collaborate with the Project Management team
Review submittals
Review RFI's
Read Specs
Oversee construction and deliver on-time and on budget
Be involved with planning, decision making, and reviewing scopes of work

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent-Lab Developer-Burlington MA Successful Candidate:

8+ years of experience working on lab and/or office TI projects
Experience leading a team
Excellent communicate skills
Excellent time-management skills
Interest in being a huge part of the planning and decision making as company continues to expand
