We're looking for a Superintendent with a strong background in lab and life science construction and a heavy focus on mechanical systems (plumbing, process piping, HVAC). Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:



  • Oversee multiple ongoing lab/life science construction projects


  • Coordinate with on-site supers, vendors, and subcontractors


  • Manage schedules, materials, and budgets


  • Perform site visits and quality checks


  • Report directly to the Director of Operations


  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, field teams, and office leadership

The Successful Applicant

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience building commercial projects
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication & time-management skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
  • softwaresThe ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
  • Must have a MA CSL
