Superintendent - Large Commercial Construction

• Manage all aspects of large commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
