Superintendent - Large Commercial Ground Up Construction

• Oversee day‑to‑day field activities for commercial new‑build projects, guiding the jobsite from initial setup through final turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractor efforts, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication across all onsite operations.
• Enforce rigorous safety practices to ensure full compliance with jobsite regulations and company policies.
• Ensure high‑quality construction by confirming all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to track progress, address challenges, and keep the project aligned with established timelines.
