Superintendent - Large Mixed Commercial

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project progress.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Review and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide accurate reporting.
• Support the project team in achieving client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
