Job Description

In this position the Superintendent will

  • Run projects from the field, managing subcontractors and project schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and oversee project delivery.
  • Leverage Procore, P6, and Timberline software to manage project workflows.
  • Ensure project success in healthcare, life science, or higher education sectors valued between $5M and $50M.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in relevant sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and effectively.
  • Strong background in healthcare, life science, or higher education projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore, P6, and Timberline software.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Marlborough, MA.

  • Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000, with an ideal target of $125,000 - $130,000.
