A top Design-Build Contractor is looking for a Project Superintendent with at least 3 years of commercial construction supervision experience to lead on-site operations, manage trade partners, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Successful Applicant

  • 3 years experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent
  • OSHA 30
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects with multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Experience with layout and grading, project phasing, and sequencing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and construction
    management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
    Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
