Superintendent - Light Industrial Projects - Oakbrook, IL

• Oversee day-to-day operations of light industrial construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
