The company is currently targeting larger jobs and are ideally looking for someone with experience running jobs of $10M+, but there is some flexibility on this requirement depending on experience. The work is predominantly located in the St. Louis area with a few regional repeat clients.

This company specializes in a variety of commercial project types so they are looking for someone who is capable to wear multiple hats and grow into new roles. They are currently targeting new markets including Multi-family housing, Medical/Lab, Education, and more!

Job Description

  • Lead projects on site
  • Assist in all aspects of the construction process.
  • Schedule all trade & manpower activities for efficient work flow.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings & walk-throughs, as required.
  • Seek opportunities to improve project efficiency.
  • Track long lead items & material procurement.
  • Prepare & distribute project schedules.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to wear multiple hats and help where needed
  • 7 - 10 years of experience
  • Experience leading $10M+ projects
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
