Superintendent - Luxury Brownstones and Apartments

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure the worksite complies with all regulations.
• Inspect work progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and plans.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction, maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project milestones and challenges.
• Support the team in achieving project goals and fostering a positive work environment.
