It is a collaborative environment with real growth opportunity and a healthy work life balance.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Luxury Homes - Greater Boston key responsibilities include:Oversee all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily site operationsMaintain strict quality standards for luxury custom residential workCoordinate closely with project managers, architects, and homeownersEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all building regulationsControl site logistics, materials, sequencing, and field problem‑solvingTrack progress, maintain logs, and contribute to budget/schedule updatesRepresent the builder professionally on high‑visibility client projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
