• Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address any concerns or changes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project progress and any issues encountered.
• Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all construction work aligns with project specifications and local codes.
• Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and professionally.
