Job Description

Oversee daily job site activities, ensuring construction progress aligns with project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficiency and high standards.
Conduct quality control checks, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners, architects, and designers.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting alongside the project management team.
Handle permitting processes, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delay

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in luxury residential construction.
Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, high-end finishes, and project sequencing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
