This Superintendent role offers the chance to lead some of the most prestigious custom homes in South Florida, ranging from 6,000 to 30,000 sq ft. You'll take ownership of a major upcoming estate project and work closely with high‑end clients, elite architects, and top‑tier subcontractors.

A well‑established luxury residential builder specializing in high‑end custom homes in the Palm Beach and Jupiter Island markets. The company is known for extremely low turnover, long‑term employee loyalty, and a strong reputation among the area's most reputable architects and subcontractors. With increased work and a major new estate project launching soon, the team is looking to add a long‑term hire who aligns with their culture.

Job Description

  • Lead daily site operations for large‑scale, ground‑up luxury custom homes.
  • Coordinate structures, MEP systems, interiors, and high‑end finish work.
  • Partner with architects (including top local designers) and high‑profile clients.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, sequencing, and quality control.
  • Ensure all work aligns with ultra‑luxury execution standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Luxury custom home experience with top local builders
  • Strong longevity in previous roles-values long‑term career stability.
  • Experienced working in West Palm Beach and/or Jupiter Island.
  • Excellent communicator who is easy to work with across teams, subs, and clients.
