Superintendent (Luxury Residential Superintendent)

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage on-site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain budget and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
