Superintendent - Luxury Retail Stores

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure efficient workflow on-site.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
