Job Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations for demolition‑heavy construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain workflow
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee scheduling, site logistics, and project documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Estimators to maintain project alignment
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and enforce project specifications
  • Manage daily reporting, site meetings, and project communication
  • Foster strong relationships with owners, inspectors, and project partners

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of field experience in construction; demolition experience required
  • Background coming up through the trades is strongly preferred
  • Asbestos experience or licensing is a major plus
  • Ability to lead field teams on fast‑track and high‑risk projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures, environmental controls, and demo sequencing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and onsite decision‑making skills
