Job Description

Lead day‑to‑day field operations for demolition‑heavy construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain workflow
Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Oversee scheduling, site logistics, and project documentation
Work closely with Project Managers and Estimators to maintain project alignment
Conduct quality assurance checks and enforce project specifications
Manage daily reporting, site meetings, and project communication
Foster strong relationships with owners, inspectors, and project partners

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of field experience in construction; demolition experience required
Background coming up through the trades is strongly preferred
Asbestos experience or licensing is a major plus
Ability to lead field teams on fast‑track and high‑risk projects
Strong knowledge of safety procedures, environmental controls, and demo sequencing
Excellent communication, leadership, and onsite decision‑making skills
