Job Description

  • Own the field: manage day-to-day operations for healthcare projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules like a pro.
  • Ensure AHCA compliance and uphold the highest safety standards.
  • Solve problems fast and keep projects on track.
  • Be the go-to leader for quality and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; healthcare experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and medical facility requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
