Superintendent - Mission Critical/Data Center

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities for mission‑critical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and continuity at every phase.
• Drive coordination across subcontractors, trades, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow and prevent schedule disruptions.
• Oversee and enforce strict compliance with project plans, specifications, and high-security, high-reliability requirements unique to mission‑critical environments.
• Monitor, track, and report daily progress, risks, and field conditions to ensure on-time, on-budget, first‑time‑right delivery.
• Create and maintain a proactive safety culture, running site meetings, enforcing protocols, and ensuring every team member meets safety standards.
• Resolve issues quickly, making informed field decisions to keep milestones on track and maintain operational resilience.
