Superintendent - Mixed Commercial

• Lead and manage all aspects of mixed commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
