Job Description



  1. Project Oversight: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


  2. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.


  3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.


  4. Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.


  5. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage costs, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects stay within budget.


  6. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.


  7. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.


  8. Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
